IMPORTANT NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION INFORMATION
If you have never registered with us before, we require a driver’s license number to be entered in your file here at Woodside Antiques. All customers should bring a driver’s license, or a valid photo I.D. when picking up their items. For a new customer picking up, we will need to add your driver’s license number to our system at that time.

TWO STEP ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION PROCESS
You can find this information in the important document section of the website. There is a shorter version of registration steps, and also a more detailed version for the entire online auction process. Once the HiBid account is created in step one, you will not have to do that step again for future auctions. You will just log on, and register.

CREDIT CARDS ON FILE WITH HIBID
HiBid uses your credit card information to verify your identity. They match the address that you enter into your account profile, with the address on file at your bank or card company. This is a very sensitive verification process. Please make sure you enter the address EXACTLY like you see it on your statements. It will reject it, even if there is only one piece that is slightly different. It has to be the SAME. Also, this card is kept on file with HiBid. When Woodside gets that information back from our auction (once it has closed), we have the option to run the auctions credit cards on file all at once. If you DO NOT WANT YOUR CARD RUN, there is a “Notes to Auctioneer” box when you click the registration button for EACH auction. That is where you will type “DO NOT RUN MY CARD”. By doing this step, it streamlines the final processing here at Woodside. Your notes to the auctioneer are clearly stated on the final spreadsheet that is compiled with invoices, and receipts.

IMPORTANT ONLINE AUCTION ABSENTEE BIDDER INFORMATION!


We have opted to accept ABSENTEE BIDS for our next auction. This is an online AND absentee bid auction. Place absentee bids at Woodside Antiques. You can do so in person, or you can download the absentee form. The link to the form is posted below. If you choose to download the form, email a picture of your entries with signature by the deadline for the auction you are bidding in.

The online auction website and software will not allow for both types. ABSENTEE BIDDING WILL END EARLIER THAN IT DID IN PREVIOUS AUCTIONS. We have to enter the bids into the auction before it begins. If this is not ideal for you, we highly suggest you register to bid online. If you feel that you need help, we will do our best to explain how this works, get you registered, and help with the decision of what type of bidding is best for you.
